- Focus on new deals or up sell activities on an existing account
- Be responsible for the end-to-end technical design of the outsourcing solution (from Presales until Contract Signature and final solution hand-over to the implementation team)
- Understand client requirements from a technical and business perspective
- Act as a link between HP and the Client, to ensure the proposed service solution is addressing the business needs of the Client and can be delivered by HP at the best possible costs
- Define deal costs for the design solution: Labor cost, Services, Hardware, Software, Vendor Contracts

Requirements:
- Technical or computer science university degree and/or at least 5- 7 or more years experience in an IT outsourcing role
- Deep technical knowledge in one of Windows/UX/NW/Storage/Backup platform support (3rd line knowledge) or EUWS with appropriate solution or career certifications
- Demonstrates a broad knowledge of HP's technology & solutions, with deep expertise in area of specialization
- Experience of complex multi-service line outsourcing
- Knowledge and experience of costing/pricing mechanisms & strategies
- Language skills: Fluency in English is mandatory, fluency in German is a big advantage!
- Very good analytical and cost calculation skills
- Good Project Management skills
- Very good communication, customer-facing and negotiation skills
- Experience in vertical industry preferred
