Primarily, you will be responsible for the following:

- Responsible for implementation of new external clients into Managed Network Services by establishing initial contact with the clients
- Creating a project schedule to meet contractual requirements and customer needs
- Accountable for implementation of WAN for managed client which includes implementing and billing per contract specifications
- Interacting with both internal and external resources of the company to complete provisioning tasks
- Utilizing and updating management databases in conjuction with the provisioning process
- US working hours

Requirements:
Candidate must meet following criteria:

- University graduate (Telecommunication preferable)
- Excellent knowledge of English language (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience with project management is a must
- Knowledge of communication and network technologies
- PC literate with experience of a range of software packages
- Analytical thinking
