For our client in England - recycle company we are searching:
TEAM LEADERS.

Job description:
The role requires the team leader to manage a group of around 25 field-based employees, who will be posting and collecting recycling bags. The team leader will plan his posting and collection maps in order to maximise output and will therefore be required to analyse posting and collection data in order to determine the best areas to work in. The team leader will need to deploy resources accordingly, including vehicles, people and recycling bags. The team leader will be responsible for their output and the output of their team through the line management of the people involved. They will also be responsible for the vehicles used, fuel cards and other resources provided to teams in order to do their job. The role reports into the regional manager and has high visibility to the Directors of the business. The job is 6 days a week, around 50-60 hours. It also involves flexible timing as he candidate will need to start at 05:30 in the morning.

Salary:
The starting salary for the role is £300/wk net during the initial training period, which can last up to 16 weeks. After this, the salary moves to £430/wk net (which consists of £330 basic and up to £100 bonuses), with the basic salary moving up to £400 in stages over the course of the following 18 months based on performance.
