A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position USGAAP ACCOUNTING MANAGER.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Managing General Accounting activities according to US GAAP standards
- Reconciliation and present monthly accounts and financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
- Supervising, training, motivating, evaluating and coaching subordinate associates
- Monitoring team’s performance
- Ensure that all deadlines are met by general accounting
- Reviewing accurate and timely financial statement presentation
- Monitoring all internal statements, month end books and reconciliations
- Preparation of forecasts, budgets and variance reports
- Developing complex reports and analyses using database
- Oversee the preparation of all audit schedules and serve as the primary contact for all audit activities
- Implementation and maintain systems of internal control
- Other job related duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

- University or bachelor degree in Finance
- ACCA, CIMA or any other accounting qualification is an advantage
- Min. 3 years working experience in an accounting or finance
- Knowledge of accounting standards USGAAP
- Experience in leading and coaching a team of accountants
- Excellent communication and presenstation skills
- Customer care oriented
